■(BB) 'Tootsie Roll'

2015, Bersillon

'Tootsie Roll' (Michèle Bersillon, R. 2011) Seedling 0707D. BB, 20" (51 cm), Early to midseason bloom. Standards dark chocolate brown (RHS 166A), slightly darker (183A) on midrib and at edges; style arms light brown (199A), dark brown (183A) stripe in center; falls dark chocolate brown (N77A), lighter area (181A) on hafts and around dark chocolate brown (200B) beards; pronounced spicy fragrance. 'Epicenter' X 'Death By Chocolate'. Stout Gardens 2015. Honorable Mention 2017.
