1939 checklist provides the following note; "Millet & Fils, Bourg-la-Reine, Seine, France, then (about 1930) Amilly, (loiret), France. Old firm specializing in Irises, Peonies and Violets. Famous as the raisers of 'Souv. De Mme Gaudichau', 'Germaine Perthius', etc. Illustrated Iris catalog began 1924. This firm went out of business about 1938. (p. 50).Master list
