Tara Perennial Farm

Owner Marion Kuhl ran this perennial farm from her property in Tara, ON. Marion was obsessed with irises. Each year she placed orders with the likes of Keith Keppel, Barry Blyth, Tom Burseen, Schreiners and Sutton's. Irises that were not available anywhere else in Canada were usually available at Tara Perennial Farm. Drive in, dig what you want, pay and drive away, and, as promised, you always got 'more green for less green'. Visiting was always an adventure.
The garden closed in 2019.
