1969, Brown

'Charm Song' (Alta Brown, R. 1968). Seedling #M1057. IB, height 18" (46 cm), Midseason bloom. Medium violet self (Wilson 735/2) with touch of deeper violet at tip of beard; ruffled. TB seedling #57-28-2: ('Enchanted Pearl' x 'Beechleaf') X 'Pastel Petite'. Brown's Iris Garden 1969.

From AIS Bulletin #193 April 1969 Introducing CHARM SONG. #MI057. (Enchanted Pearl x Beechleaf) X Pastel Petite. 10". Horizontally flared and ruffled, medium violet with deeper violet at the tip of the bronze beard. $7.50. Brown's Iris Garden.
