From AIS Bulletin #197 April 1970 Introducing EARLY EDITION E. 18". (Full Circle x Rococo) X Zip. White-ground intermediate plicata. Standards with medium violet sanding half-way to the center, falls with a very narrow edging, plus haft, of violet. Waved petal parts, falls round and flared. Two branches plus terminal. HC '69. $10.00. Keith Keppel.
EARLY EDITION (Keppel '70)-It is the brightest of the Keppel trio of plicatas, being an intense violet on white but no less beautiful than the earlier Clique and Pale Cloud (Keppel '69). This trio is the standard for plicatas of intermediate stature. What more need be said?
