1961, Roberts 'Elfin Halo' (Earl Roberts, R. 1961). Seedling #61R3. IB, Height 22" (56 cm), Early to midseason bloom. Palest blue-white, yellow halo on falls; yellow beard tipped white. 'Lady Ilse' X Cook seedling #1155: ( 'Progenitor' x blue I.pumila). Roberts 1962. Honorable Mention 1963. See below:
