'Flying Solo' (Richard Tasco, R. 2004). Seedling 97-IB-09-33. IB, height 26" (66 cm), Late bloom. Standards venetian pink, slight violet blush inside base; style arms venetian pink; falls light orient pink, slightly lighter in center, faint apricot shoulders; beards rusty tangerine, 1 inch pale pink spears, sometimes petaloids; slight ruffling; slight sweet fragrance. 'Good Fairy' X 'Chanted. Superstition 2005.

From AIS Bulletin #337 April 2005 Introducing FLYING SOLO (Tasco 2005) IB, 26", L. Seedling #97-IB-09-33. Venetian pink standards with slight violet blush at inside base; light orient pink falls, slightly lighter in center, slight apricot shoulders. Rusty tangerine beard with 1"+ pale pink spears, sometimes petaloids. 2 branches produce 4 buds usually, but has had up to 6 buds. Sib to 2003's Winged Angel. Good Fairy X Chanted. 520.00-or-3/540.00. Superstition Iris Gardens.
