'Levity' (J. Terry Aitken, R. 1991). Seedling #86M47. IB, 18" (46 cm), Early bloom. White ground, 3/8" medium blue plicata band on standards and falls; beards deep violet. 'Chubby Cheeks' X 'Jesse's Song'. Aitken's Salmon Creek 1991. Honorable Mention 1993; Award of Merit 1995.

  • IB 'Levity' has beards that have a violet base and tip, and is tipped caramel brown in the center, and becomes caramel brown in the throat. 'Levity' bloomed at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, approximately, May 16 - June 2, in 2017. -- HollyJohnson2017 -04-01 - 02 Aug 2017
