■(IB) 'Neon Blue'

2003/04, Blyth

'Neon Blue' (Barry Blyth, R. 2003). Seedling #J96-1. IB, 22" (56 cm). Very early to early midseason bloom. Sky blue, falls with slight olive haft veining; beards blue, hairs tipped lemon in throat; sweet fragrance. 'Navy Blues' X 'Chicory Dickory'. Tempo Two 2003/04.
