'New Kid In Town' (Barry Blyth, R. 2009). Seedling #P89-5. IB, 22" (56 cm), Late midseason bloom. Standards smoky lavender to slate, violet infusion at midrib; falls slightly lighter smoky lavender, shaded brownish rose at hafts; beards navy blue-purple, deep brown in throat. Sibling to 'Glances'. Tempo Two 2009/10.

Hybridizer's Comment: Standars are smokylavender with more violet towards the mid-rib and falls are lighter with a brownish rose shading at the hafts. Starting beards of navy brown to deep brown in the throat. Lightly ruffled and flared. Good branching.
