'Pigmy Gold' (
Geddes Douglas, R. 1953) IB, 5-12" (1300 cm). Early to late (Intermediate season) bloom. Midseason bloom. Bright chrome-yellow self, falls overlaid velvety.
'Orange Glow' x pumila yellow. Fairmount, Brentwood 1953.
NOTE: Registered as IB because the SDB class was not established until 1958. See
'Pigmy Gold'. The 1300 cm should probably be 13-30 cm which is roughly equivalent to the 5-12 inches.
