'Silverberry' (Paul Black, R. 2007). Seedling #K295A. IB, 25" (64 cm), Late midseason bloom. Standards and style arms very pale lavender; falls same, center 3/4 washed slightly darker, hafts darker lavender, white rays speckled lavender around beard; beards white tipped medium yellow; pronounced spicy fragrance. Seedling #E97AA: (seedling #91328D: ('Echo Pond' x seedling #85319B) x unknown) X 'Fancy Woman'. Mid-America 2007.

From Mid-America Garden catalog, 2007: SILVERBERRY - IB, 25" (63 cm), Midseason-Late. SILVERBERRY sparkles like the reflection of the sky on ice. It is very similar to Alberta Clipper in performance & breeding but is much more tailored. Standards are very pale, icy lavender. Falls are darker blending to pale lavender margins and darker plicata mottled hafts. Beards are medium yellow over white bases. Nice parent. Sdlg. K295A: ((Echo Pond x (Gentle Air x Chubby Cheeks sib)) x P.Black unknown tet MTB) X Fancy Woman. Photo inside back cover. $22.50.
