'Spark' (Jesse Crook Nicholls, 1931) IB. Early bloom. Color Class-R7D; ('Medrano' X 'Montour').
SPARK. (Nich. 1931). 24 inches $3.00 Approach to a dark brick red, falls a little deeper in color. Early. Small firey blooms in great abundance. A new note in the garden and liked by all who have seen it. (Irises and Peonies catalog 1931, J.C. Nicholls, Ithaca, NY)
