1989, Craig

'Step Ahead' (Jim and Vicki Craig, R. 1989). Seedling #C10R14. IB (tetraploid), 24" (61 cm), Midseason bloom. Violet blue (RHS 93A); medium light violet blue beard; slight sweet fragrance. Seedling #13L1: ('Light Fantastic' x I. Aphylla "Van Nes") X seedling #9M9: ('En Route' x 'Maroon Caper'). J & V Craig 1989.
