James Copeland, Jr., R. 1988) Seedling 82-1-3. JI (6 F. diploid), 34" (85 cm), Midseason to late bloom. Ruffled white (RHS 155C), veined and washed violet blue (93C/D), yellow (7A) signal; white (155C) style arms. Unknown parentage. Ensata Gardens 1989.

| From Ensata Gardens catalog, 1989: CREPE PAPER (James A. Copeland, Jr. '89) JI Sdlg. 82-1-3. 6 P. Double. ML. 34". The 6-7" blooms exhibit a flat profile of ruffled, overlapping white petals, delicately washed light blue-violet between the white rays. White styles arch from the center of these blooms that exhibit a texture of crepe paper and make the petal edges appear serrated with their ruffling. A delicate appearance yet durable substance. One to two branches with 4-6 buds. $25.00 |
