'Dewa-No-Akebono' (
Society for Japanese Irises, R. 1995) JI (3 F.), 33" (85 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards very light red violet, darkening toward edge, with narrow white rim; style arms white, light red violet crest; Falls red violet, few white veins and narrow rim. Parentage and hybridizer unknown. Introduced in Japan prior to 1940.
