1952, Payne

'Gay Festoon' ( W. Arlie Payne, R. 1952) JI, 44" (112 cm), Late midseason bloom. Blackish violet with light undercolor and white edging. JI, classification 6. (Seedling 54: Seedling 3 x 'Rishono') x 'Iso-No-Nami'. Payne 1952.
