'Kasumi-No-Koromo' ( Shuichi Hirao by Society for Japanese Irises, R. 1995) JI (6 Falls), 33" (85 cm), Early bloom. Falls lavender, with large white halo and veining extending 1/2 to 2/3 way down petal; style arms white, slight lavender on edge of crest. "Daisekkei" X 'Shinonome'. Introduced in Japan, 1957.
