From Marx Gardens catalog, 1964: ORIENTAL WITCHERY (Marx 1958) Each $20.00. Most gorgeous creation in its color class. The marbled varieties have always held a special fascination for us and this brilliant iris stands out above them all. The illustration hardly depicts the sparkling color ensemble which is on the red side rather than blue as seen in Calico Maid and Diamond Mountain. Large 8 to 9-inch flowers on 3-foot stems. Midseason.
