1993, Society for Japanese Irises

'Shinonome' (Society for Japanese Irises, R. 1993) JI (6 F.), 36" (90 cm), Early midseason bloom. Very pale blue violet, yellow signal; ruffled. Parentage unknown. Correction of 1939 Check List entry shown as Shino-no-Me. Introduced in Japan prior to 1887.
