■(JI) 'Sing The Blues'

1997, Reid

'Sing The Blues' ( Lorena Reid, R. 1997). Seedling 9J55-16D. JI (6 Falls), height 36-42" (91-107 cm), Midseason to late bloom. Smooth blue violet giving very blue effect; 1/3"-1/2" ruffled and turned up white edge; signals green gold, yellowish white halo; style arms yellowish white, light blue crests. 'Warai-Hotei' X D579-2: (A112-1: (striped seedling x 'Royal Crown') x 'Midnight Whisper'). Laurie's Garden 1997. Honorable Mention 2000, Award of Merit 2004, Payne Medal 2006, Awards 2006.
