'Sparkling Sapphire' (Adolph Vogt, R. 1985) Seedling Z-1680. JI (6 F. diploid), 27" (69 cm), Late bloom. Dark violet blue (RHS 89A), yellow (14A) signal; violet blue styles, lighter in center. 'Blue Nocturne' X 'Oriental Eyes'. Ensata Gardens 1990. Honorable Mention 1992.
