1996, Bauer/Coble

'Tropical Storm' (Bob Bauer and John Coble, R. 1996) Seedling J89F-7. JI (9-12 falls), 40" (107 cm), Midseason bloom. Red violet (shaded RHS 77A to 80A), veined darker in center, lighter (near-white) edges, signal dark yellow; style arms white, large crests veined violet. Seedling J86M-2: ('Lace Ruff' x 'Peloponnesus') X 'Hagoromo'. Ensata Gardens 1996.
