'Uchu' (
Matsudaira Shoo by Society for Japanese Irises, R. 1993) JI (9 F.), 31" (80 cm), Midseason late bloom. Blue violet, white centers radiating white veins. Correction of entry in 1939 Check List listing cultivar as "Uchiu". Parentage unknown. Matsudaira Shoo circa 1848.
