2002, Pryor

'Cherry Twist' (Bernard Pryor, R. 2002). Seedling 35/94-A. LA, 30" (75 cm), Early midseason bloom. Dark cerise red slightly deeper at edge, reverse lemon, bright golden blotch signal with pronounced red edge; style arms very dark cerise; heavily ruffled. 'Desert Jewel' X 'Charlotte's Tutu'. Iris Haven 2002.

From Iris City Gardens catalog 2016: CHERRY TWIST (Pryor 2002) 35" E-M. 8.00. Deep cerise-red, ruffled petals have darker edge and lemon reverse. Bright golden blotch signals outlined in bright cherry. Rounded, overlapping petals sometimes twist at the ends.
