<strong>'President Hedley' </strong>([[Main.Bio.HybridizerMertzweillerJoseph][Joseph Mertzweiller]], R. 1979). Seedling 71-55. La, 32-34" (81-86 cm), Early bloom. Dark yellow with slight brown shading on front edge of falls; darker yellow-orange line signal; yellow styles. [[La.LaGWHolleyman]['G. W. Holleyman']] x seedling 60-87: ((seedling 54-24 x [[La.LaUpstart]['Upstart']]) x [[La.LaBelleLou]['Belle Lou']]). Charjoy Gardens 1980. Honorable Mention 1982; Award of Merit 1987.
