'Professor Fritchie' (Joseph Mertzweiller, R. 1993). Seedling T-85-41a. La (tet.), 40-44" (102-112 cm), Early bloom. Standards medium yellow, slight blue cast; falls medium yellow, inconspicuous greenish yellow signal; slight musky fragrance. Seedling C-77-33: ('Professor Ike' x 'President Hedley', colchicine chimera) x 'Professor Barbara'. Cordon bleu, Lone star 1995. Honorable Mention 1998; Award of Merit 2001.
