Diamond Dusted

A surface conditon of the falls and sometimes the standards that reflects pinpoints of sunlight back creating a sparkling effect. This is very hard to capture in a photograph. Presumably the shape of some surface cells acts like a crystal that is concentrating or reflecting sunlight. As yet no documentation in the form of microscopic images of these cells was available at this time.
