POSITION TITLE: Judges Handbook Revision Committee Chairman received 11-5-2015

• To be thoroughly cognizant of contents, rules and regulations in the current Handbook for Judges and Show Officials and serve as the clearing house for suggestions/recommendations for modification of the Handbook

• He/she is appointed by the AIS President and responsible to the Board
  of Directors.

• To be thoroughly cognizant of the contents, rules and regulations in the current Handbook for Judges and Show Officials.

• To make recommendations to the AIS Board of Directors for any changes/modifications in the Handbook for Judges and Show Officials

  SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:

• To be the clearing house for any suggestions/recommendations for changes in the Handbook for Judges and Show Officials.

• To evaluate any suggestions/recommendations for changes and submit these to the members of the Judges Handbook Revision Committee for their consideration and recommendations.

• To submit recommendations of the Judges Handbook Revision Committee to the AIS Board of Directors for their consideration and action.

• To maintain a file of all changes approved by the AIS Board of Directors for inclusion in the next revision of the Handbook for Judges and Show Officials.

• To coordinate any authorized revisions to the Handbook.

• To coordinate the publication of any authorized revisions and the distribution of these revisions to all accredited AIS judges.

• To coordinate the complete revision of the Handbook for Judges and Show Officials when so directed by the AIS Board of Directors.
