POSITION TITLE: Motions Monitor
Basic Function:- To record motions on the screen as they are being made by the board, providing an electronic record of the exact wording.
- He/she is elected at the start of a board meeting by and responsible to the Board of Directors.

To ensure the wording of each motion is exactly what the board wishes.

To publish the list of motions on to AIS(Discuss) at the end of the board meeting.
