■(MDB) 'Balkana'

1878, Leichtlin

'Balkana' (Max Leichtlin). DB, height 6" (15 cm). Very early bloom. Deep blue-violet self; horizontal falls; white beards. An I. lutescens -type collected in the Balkans before 1878. Leichtlin.
