(MDB) 'Chamaeiris Campbelli'

1930, Campbell

‘Chamaeiris Campbelli' (Andrew Campbell, R. 1936). DB, height 7" (18 cm). Early bloom. Red-violet bitone, falls darker; yellow beards; fragrant. ‘Fieberi' X unknown.

Note: If parentage is correct, this is a hybrid of I. aphylla. Campbell 1930. Reference in Gardening illustrated volume 52 page 453, July 1930. Offered by Starker in 1938. Sweet scented.
