1997, Miller

'Compact Buddy' (Lynda Miller R. 1996). Seedling #787A. MDB, height 4.5" (11 cm). Early bloom. Standards light lemon yellow; style arms cream, bases tinted blue; falls cream, sunshine yellow split spot, bottom edged lemon yellow; beards cream, orange in throat; slight spicy fragrance. Seedling #784: ('What Not' x 'Wee Sooner') X seedling #1184A: ('Inca Toy' x unknown). Miller's Manor 1997.

A floriferous pumila with standards of light lemon yellow, the paler falls are accented by a sunshine yellow split spot and bottom edge. 784: (What Not X Wee Sooner) X 1184A (Inca Toy X Unknown). $10.00.
