1970, Brown
'Dark Note' (Alta Brown, R. 1969). Seedling #D 782-5. MDB, height 4-5" (10-13 cm). Early bloom. Aconite violet self (Wilson 937); near black spots on falls; wisteria blue beards. 'Rosy Carpet' X 'Kip'. Brown's Iris Gardens 1970.
