From AIS Bulletin #209 April 1973 Introducing DEWBERRY: I have yet to see the person who does not fall for this one. S. are red of crushed juice of berry gleaming through; F. near black. $5.00. A pumila hybrid; that is, Lilliput X pumila, and blooms between pumila and chamaeiris. It more nearly resembles pumila in style and growth habits, but is just a bit larger. Usually this type is quite sterile. Frank Williams.
