'Glow Gleam' (Walter Welch, R. 1958). Seedling #P-518. MDB, 8" (20 cm). Early bloom. Ruby red self; orange beards. ((('Sass Dark Ruby' x 'Purple Beauty') x 'Burchfield') x (('Harbor Lights' x 'Ruby Glow') x 'Orange Glint')) X I. humilis arenaria_. Welch 1959.

AIS Awards: Honorable Mention 1962.

Dwarf Iris Society Awards: Award of Special Merit 1961; Blue Ribbon Award 1962.
