| From Longfield Iris Farms catalog, 1957: JET PETITE (Jonas 677-1) ((I. pumila x I. mellita) x Self) x Carpathia. A lovely glowing black pumila similar to Deep Black in coloring. The blackest dwarf self. The beard is the same blue-black. This Iris occasionally throws up extra blooms about a week after the first ones have started. 4 inches. $5.00. |
