From Bonnewitz catalog 1920: ORANGE QUEEN. S. and F. beautifully clear, deep yellow; continues in bloom a long time; 6 in.; the best yellow dwarf. 25 cts.; $1.50 a doz.
From Meadow Mountain Bulb Farm catalog 1931: ORANGE QUEEN. A huge golden yellow self. 8 to 10 ins. Very fine. 4 for 50c., 25 for $1.75, 100 for $5.50.
From Carl Starker catalog 1929: Orange Queen. 8-inch. Deep yellow self. One of the fine dark yellows. 35c.
