■(MDB) 'Sharp Contrast'

1958, Greenlee

'Sharp Contrast' (Wilma Greenlee, R. 1957). MDB, 6" (15 cm). Very early bloom. Color Codw-Y4. Standards greenish cream; falls dark plum-violet, edged cream; white beard. (('San Francisco' x purple I. pumila) x I. chamaeiris ) x Welch seedling #J-509 (redpurple, edged whitish). Greenlee 1958.
