| From G. G. Whitelegg catalog, 1921: SPEEDWELL (Bliss 1920). This variety has flowers of the Aphylla type but with larger and broader segmrnts, and it is a deeper colour. The beard is projecting and conspicuous, and bluer than Aphylla. Very free-flowering; height 12 ins. to 15 ins. |
