1971, Hager

'Three Cherries' (Ben Hager, R. 1971). Seedling #MDB1999A. MDB, 7" (18 cm). Late bloom. Standards deep rose; falls cherry red, edged rose; yellow beard. Burnett seedling: ('Sable' x red I. pumila ) X seedling #SDB1305: ((P. Anderson seedling: pink TB x 'Sulina') x 'Garnet Treasure'). Melrose 1971. Honorable Mention 1972; Caparne Award 1974.
