'Celia Welia' (Jill Copeland, R. 2003). Seedling 1-1-2. SPEC-X (robusta), 36" (91 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards light red violet (RHS 71D), veined dark purple (77A); style arms lavender (76A) veined violet (77B), edges white (155D); falls plum purple (darker than 79A), velvety halo around white (155D) spot veined plum purple (79A) with mimosa yellow (8B) signal; slight fragrance. 'I. virginica' X 'Mysterious Monique'. Ensata 2004. High Commendation 2002; Honorable Mention 2007; Award of Merit 2009.
