Delkin 1938 cataslog notes "Huge Blue. As the name implies, this is a very large flower, much larger than any of the above varieties. It has very broad petals of a very attractive shade of medium bright blue. This is our own origination and we have found it to be a splendid variety both under glass and in the garden. (Top size bulbs) $15.00 per 100.
