1986, Varner

'Creme Lady' (Terry Varner, R. 1986). Seedling #K-315. MTB, 22" (55 cm), Early midseason bloom. Standards light cream; falls very light cream (near white), light yellow brown markings on hafts; yellow beard, deeper in throat. Seedling #C-317: ('Gingham Blue x diploid seedling) X Welch unknown diploid. Riverdale Iris Gardens 1986. Honorable Mention 1988.

From AIS Bulletin #261 April 1986 Introducing CREME LADY-Sdlg. K-315, MTB, 27". Its name says it all. Flaring light cream; wide hafts have very light yellow-brown makings. Pod and pollen fertile. $12.50. Riverdale Iris Gardens.
