1884, Ware

'Gracchus' (Amos Perry, 1884). TB 18" (46cm). Midseason bloom. Color Code-Y9L. Standards yellow; falls crimson, reticulated white. First Class Certificate, Royal Horticultural Society, 1885.

note: Mistakenly credited to Thomas Ware in the 1939 AIS Check List. Jim Morris, Spring 2018 AIS Bulletin

note: Originally registered as TB but in current system of classification is considered MTB. Placed on the infamous AIS Black List in 1924-5. Ware 1884.
