'Foothill Banner' (Lewis Lawyer, R. 1990) Seedling #XP64D. CA, 14" (36 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards white, narrow dark violet rib, faintly lined violet at tip; style arms solid dark campanula violet; falls white with cream overlay, heavily veined dark campanula violet, solid violet at tip, faint yellow signal. ('Canyon Snow' x 'Sierra Sapphire') X 'Valley Banner'. Lawyer 1990. Honorable Mention 1992, Award of Merit 1995 .
