1992, Ghio

'Mantra' (Joseph Ghio, 1992) Seedling #PH-287S2. 19" (48 cm). Late midseason bloom. Standards velvety red-purple, light orchid edge; falls velvety red-purple, orchid edge on top third, solid black signal. 'National Anthem' X ('Rare Reward' x 'Western World'). Bay View Gardens 1993. Honorable Mention 1996; Award of Merit 2000.
