1989, Briody

'Miwok' (Victor Briody, R. 1989). Seedling #88-5. 12" (30 cm). Midseason bloom. Lavender blue; narrow silver edge on falls pale yellow line and slight white veining on hafts. I. douglasiana X 'Canyon Snow'. Vagabond Gardens 1989.

From AIS Bulletin #274 July 1989 Introducing MIWOK (Vic Briody) Lovely lavender blue with rounded form. Falls narrowly edged silvery white. Makes instant clumps in the landscape, quite vigorous, 10" tall. I. douglasiana X Canyon Snow. $12.00. Vagabond Gardens.
