'Valley Banner' (Ruth Hardy, R. 1958). Height 15" (38 cm). Midseason bloom. Standards white with narrow purple midrib; style arms red purple; falls white veined purple. I. tenax-I. chrysophylla hybrid, collected. Siskiyou 1968. Honorable Mention 1970; Judges Choice 1970, 1971.
