Project to find missing "Silence" entry/entries

Why is there a difference between the Iris Encyclopedia search for "silence" with 20 results and the online Iris Register with 22 results shown below? I spotted one of the differences, in the Iris Register, 'Silence' has two listings saying "(No description available for most 1939 & 1949 registrations )" and those are frequently doubled. What other differences are there? Also, you might check out the corresponding results for "ginger" yesterday which has an answer now.
